Court? How can you sue someone who does not even use a bank? A company that really isn't?
Look at his rebuttal on ripoffreports....NOW he says he has 600 clients, 100 employees and NO client complaints!!!!!
It is doubtful he has even a dozen clients....just enough to scam to keep the appearance up that he is a wealthy man! After the 5 years he talks about there should at least be $5 in a corporate bank account somewhere!!!

We all know that many have been ripped off my Rene Jimenez....he IS a good salesman....perhaps the best solution now is a class action or group action lawsuit against him?
You can remain anonymous for the time being, but please post some vague details here of what Rene did to you personally or to your company and we can take it from there. We already have a couple of attorneys who have been following this blog and who have offered to donate their services.
Heck, we all know no one will ever get any money out of Rene, but perhaps we can collectively shut him down!

There is no phone number for you in any professional organization listing and your name is not listed as a developer in any of the accredited organizations of Latin American Web Developers. If you are Latin America Organization why would you like to meet in NYC . None is listed in the NYC phone book either .You can not provide a email documenting a single incidence of non payment from any of our developers and we are willing to have this reviewed by counsel that is not solved ,nor a single incidence of client compliant unsolved. That we have had issues so has everyone ,we solved all of them with one expection of any developer we have retained. over 100 and yes we can document that number via western union, moneygram and several other verification mechanism. You are so naive, we hired that many just for one project recently but you fail to think we were not aware we were being hacked.
We have a lawyer in the US , a Former DA , we would welcome a conference call at our cost, we would setup a bridge and provide you with prepaid phone time access to discuss this at your convenience when we are provided with your verifiable identification . Inclusive we can contact if you wish a third party to serve as testimony to this accusation at our cost once your provide proper documentation of who you are to a local lawyer who we will pay for if neccesary.
