He then will have you do a big project or many big projects and not pay you or pay you very little after begging him to get paid.
Another way Rene Jimenez has conned some of us is he takes money upfront to do Internet related work for you such as making a website or other Internet related work etc. Rene Jimenez may do some of the work for you or if does not do the work or does not complete the work Rene Jimenez has promised you he will not refund you the Money.

I got scammed by him and saw him scam companies in ny. it was sad really. he is very smart and talented and a great guy when its not business related. but when it comes to money and business, he is a different person that scams. he has mental issues. he cons a lot, great talker and makes a lot of things up.
sad to see this is still going on. i got out of there real fast....
I totally agree BUT he has left Too many of us hanging, and NOT with just a few hundred bucks BUT Thousands!! He is not mental to do what he does. He gets the system and he gets the human emotion. he uses Both. I will NEVER let down, And I WILL get him.

Everything, absolutly everything mentioned by others is 100% true. He goes between Miami and New York on a regular basis. He finds people and companies to scam throughout the US. Typically he will research you, and your business on the web. He name drops, tells great stories, and promises you a finished product beyond your expectations. He will ask for an upfront fee and then get small amounts from you on a regular basis for additional items you may believe to be nessesary. Most of his requests for additional funds will be needed in a hurry. All payments he request go to his paypal account. He will also work in your office if you let him and all sorts of people will stop by, and he will use them as an excuse for not having time to talk to you. This process will go on until you realize you have gotten nothing for your money and throw him out.
Every city/county has a economic crime division of it's police force. Also, I believe the FBI deals with issues like these when they go accross state lines. Someone needs to file a report with the authorities, and then leave the investgating officers contact information on the web so everyone can submit documentation. If the money can't be recovered at least some satisfaction can be had as well as keeping him from doing it to others.
WOW...more than a year and no word from this slug. We did see him pop-up with a new business name, www.educoxinc.com, but the site was obviously written by Rene himself since it makes little sense.
